Please keep in mind that "Focus On Indiana" is a long-term, national
campaign to encourage
various government agencies and officials to
explore the prospect of serious, avoidable health risks for children
being concealed through serial, judicial acquiescence or misconduct in
the context of litigation referenced by this website.

You may join the campaign by:

letting as many people as possible know the "Focus On
Indiana" campaign is underway.  A standard message,
advertisement, and link to this website is featured on your right
to assist you in promoting our campaign;

submitting the completed feedback form below so you and/or
your organization may be listed among those who have their
"eyes on Indiana".  The list will be submitted or referenced
when appropriate government officials are contacted about the
investigation(s), stud(ies), and hearing(s) contemplated by this
campaign;

submitting your ideas below on what inquiries the federal
government and State of Indiana should make to confirm
whether at least Indiana doctors generally heed the
recommendation by LaRoche ". . . that initial episodes of
uncomplicated urinary tract infections be treated with a single
effective antibacterial agent rather than the [TMP-SMZ]
combination.";

indicating through the feedback form below whether you are
willing to participate in one or more rallies in Indiana on the
rights of children and/or prescription drug safety for children;

submitting a request for congressional hearing on the separate
feedback form for that purpose below, to explore the prospect
of federal court, judicial misconduct prompting our "Focus On
Indiana" and the need to protect attorneys seeking to expose
such misconduct.

faxing Senator Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) and House Judiciary
Committee Chairman James Sensenbrenner (R-Wis) as
provided below, to express your support for S. 2678 and H.R.
5219, the Judicial Transparency and Ethics Enhancement Act
of 2006.

The website is part of a long
term, national campaign to

officials to explore the

judicial acquiescence or
misconduct.  You should be
hearing more about the effort
soon.

Thank you for your
consideration.
Obviously a law license is no guarantee that its holder will properly
recognize or be the most effective at combating judicial misconduct.
More obvious is that the American judiciary should not be beyond a
reasonable challenge by any lawyer, and particularly not because it is
empowered to remove him or her from its bars of attorneys.  In fact,
the important role these attorneys can play in America's system of
government checks and balances should not be easily neutralized by
clearly questionable determinations that a challenge of the judiciary,
was or is unreasonable.  As implicated by "Focus On Indiana", the
lives of children and other precious interests can be at stake.

If you are in favor of Congress convening one or more hearings to

explore:

  • the prospect of serious, avoidable health risks for children
    being concealed through serial, judicial acquiescence or
    misconduct in the context of litigation referenced by this
    website; as well as

  • how "The Weinstock Act", federal legislation proposed by
    National Judicial Conduct and Disability Law Project, Inc. could
    serve to deter such results;

  • and are willing for "Focus On Indiana" to make your views
    known to appropriate members of Congress,

Please indicate as much through the feedback form below.  Thank
you:
